P90X Workout Is Great!

Ok so my husband and I started working out.  We are not overweight or unhealthy by any means.  We love statying fit and want to get a little ripped.  Well we started the P90X workout and this is not Tae Bo trust me.  I love to workout and love seeing the results.  We're into our second week.  My husband is getting his butted kicked, but he is giving his all and I'm proud of him. 

This guy works you out.  Never the same exercise each day.  There are tons of workouts that you do each day.  You target different areas.  I've noticed a change in my body since we started.  Now there is this one workout that actually kicks MY butt.  It's call Plyometrics.  OMG!!!  It's a cardio, jumping type of exercise.  You sweat like a dog and breath like you've never breathed before.  Afterwards the hubby and I were so sore from the waist down.  It KILLED our legs!  Yet I loved it and can't wait to do it again.  The workout is hard but if you want results I recommend it!
