So I'm Learning Belly Dancing!

So I have taken up belly danicng!  It started as a form of exercise for me.  It has grown to be something I love to do very much!  You can't imagine how much control and strength go into belly danicng.  There are times that my stomach and arms are sore.  Not sore like hurting!  It feels like I've bench pressed 200lbs though.  This coming from a girl who does 150 push ups a day (not girlie ones either).  I have researched the history of belly dance and started to listen to more middle eastern music.  Which suprisingly I love! 

I would love to perform belly dance in competitions one day!  That would be GREAT!!!  One of my favorite belly dancers is from Turkey.  Her name is Didem.  I love her outfits and the way she moves is crazy!  She embodies the complete idea of belly dance for me.
